Dressing:
Juice of one lime

1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation:
Combine chopped and sliced fruits in a massive serving bowl little amount of honey to taste. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a little bowl. Pour dressing mixture over fruit and toss gently to combine. Cover and chill the fruit salad thoroughly before serving.
This fruit salad recipe makes enough to serve about 10 to 12 people.

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp sea salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper or cayenne pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Prepare
Mix ingredients in bowl.
Season to taste.
Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes
