1)Grill pre-heat to medium 2)Combine the kebab ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. 3)Mould the mixture into individual sausage shape. Skewer equite one and put on the preheated grill until fully cooked.
Satay Gravy:
1)Fry garlic, onion and oil on a skillet. Use low heat and fry until they turn slightly browned. 2)Throw inside the remaining ingredients and maintain stirring until the mixture thickens. 3)Remove from stove and add some chili flakes.
